In this role, he will work closely with financial institutions to implement innovative solutions for enhancing competitiveness, increasing revenue, reducing credit losses, and improving the customer experience. 


In his 21 years of credit risk management experience, Eric has worked at tier-1 banks and start-ups alike. He has held leadership roles at CapitalOne, Standard Bank, ApplePie Capital, and ScaleFactor, leading their product strategies and credit policies for both domestic and international portfolios.
