Responsibilities

  • Own and deliver the net-new revenue target in line with planning process.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and lead generation activities.

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape, industry trends, and customer needs to identify new market opportunities.

  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and negotiations to key decisionmakers.

  • Represent the company at industry conferences, events, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.

  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to align sales and marketing strategies, optimize lead generation efforts, and ensure effective conversion of leads into customers.

Skills & Competencies

  • Extensive experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the financial services industry. 

  • Willingness to travel for 50% of the time.

  •  Ability to build and maintain a strong sales pipeline. 

  • Strong knowledge and understanding of credit decision-based products, financial services, and industry trends. 

  • Results-oriented approach with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. 

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence key stakeholders.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data driven decisions
