Senior QA Engineer

India

We are looking for a QA professional with strong automation expertise and experience in credit underwriting
systems. The role requires building scalable test automation and leveraging AI-driven approaches to
improve test coverage, data generation, and validation of credit decision systems.

Responsibilities


• Build and maintain automation frameworks using Selenium (UI) and REST Assured with BDD (Cucumber)

• Validate end-to-end credit underwriting workflows (scoring, decisioning, eligibility, risk classification)

• Design data-driven and AI-augmented test scenariosfor complex decision logic

• Generate and use synthetic test data to simulate real-world and edge-case borrower profiles

• Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing

• Collaborate with product, engineering, and risk teams in Agile/Scrum setup

 AI-Driven Testing Expectations

• Create test scenarios using synthetic data

• Identify gaps in underwriting flows and improve coverage using AI-assisted approaches

• Leverage tools such as Tonic.ai, Gretel.ai, Mabl, Testim, Applitools (or equivalent)

• Use AI/LLM-based techniques for test case generation, log analysis, and defect prediction

Skills & Competencies

  • 5–6 years in QA automation

  • Strong Selenium + REST Assured + BDD (Cucumber) experience

  • Solid API, backend and UI validation skills

  • Experience in financial systems (preferably lending/underwriting)

  • Strong analytical thinking for rule-based systems

  • Exposure to synthetic data generation / AI testing tools

  • Understanding of credit risk / underwriting logic

  • CI/CD experience (Jenkins, Git)

  • Scrum Master certification (plus)
