Business Analyst

The Product Success team is responsible for ensuring that Scienaptic’s products deliver maximum impact to our clients, industries, and their communities today andin the future. We are seeking a data-driven Business Analyst to bridge the gap between complex data insights and strategic product execution. In this role, you will not only identify process inefficiencies but also design the analytical tools and prototypes needed to measure and drive product performance.
Responsibilities
Performance & Strategy Monitoring: Continually monitor system performance to identify and manage trends, risks, and opportunities.
Maximize near-term delivery while refining long-term capabilities to align with the overarching product strategy.
Process Optimization: Evaluate existing business processes, identify structural inefficiencies, and propose state solutions that improve operational impact.
Analytical Prototyping: Design and prototype custom analytical tools to attribute product behavior across key drivers.
Explore large datasets to build proof-of-concept models that solve complex business problems.
Strategic Communication: Develop and nternal and client-facing recommendations by synthesizing hypothesis-driven analysis with stakeholder feedback.
Create high-quality artifacts (BRDs, Process Maps) based on rigorous data analysis.
Quality Assurance & Validation: Lead/Assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure final deliverables align with original business requirements and strategic goals.
Skills & Competencies
Academic Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related technical field. An MBA is highly preferred.
Professional Experience: Minimum of 1–3 years of experience in strategic business analysis, specifically working on high-impact or & strategically critical initiatives.
Technical Proficiencies
Data Programming: Proficiency in Python and SQL for data manipulation and analysis.
Data Visualization: Hands-on experience with Tableau, PowerBI, or Amazon QuickSight.
Tools: Mastery of Advanced Excel and familiarity with Agile project management tools (Jira/Confluence).
Analytical Depth: A demonstrated track record of building analytical prototypes and exploring large, complex datasets to find &solutions.
Core Competencies
Problem Solving: Exceptional critical thinking and the ability to solve challenging, multi-dimensional problems.
Communication: Strong written and verbal skills; ability to translate technical findings for executive stakeholders.
Organization: Excellent planning and time management skills, with a proven
