As Office Manager, you will be working closely with leadership team at New York Office. You will be first point of contact for visiting clients and prospective Scienaptic employees. This role will provide you an opportunity to work with a best-in-class team, learn from them and enhance Employee Value Proposition for Scienaptic. You will work in an environment which will encourage you to be creative and think out-of-box.
Be the first point of contact for all office visitors, inquiries, direct calls and provide basic company information
Maintain official files, organize documents and prepare reports and presentations
Support HR team in their recruitment activities
Schedule appointments and update calendars
Assist leadership team with travel and expense reports
Assist in planning company events, meetings, luncheons and employee team building activities
Arrange schedules for meeting space and conference rooms
3+ years of experience handling office responsibilities, customer service or related field
Bachelor’s education degree
Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized multi-tasker who works well in a fast-paced environment
