About the Role
We are in the process of creating our product ops team to support our product installations across markets. As our Product Integration Engineer you will be responsible for first time response and issue resolution and communicate with our clients, collaborate with our DevOps and engineering teams whenever required. You will be directly reporting to the Product support Operations Manager.
Should be open to work in shifts.
Should develop python code based on business requirements.
Should develop code/script in python/shell for automating manual activities.
Should handle end to end deployment.
Should develop solutions for custom requirements of client.
Troubleshoot client reported Incidents.
Timely escalate if support required.
Should organize and steer the outage call whenever required.
Should acknowledge and respond to customer query within SLA.
Should work closely with DevOps / Cross functional teams for timely resolution of an incident or for customer email.
Overall 5yrs experience in IT industry.
B.E / B-tech (E&C, CS, IS any other degree)
Linux / Unix: Administration, Shell scripting with hands-on experience.
AWS and AZURE services knowledge (either one is must).
Preferred python coding knowledge with hands-on experience. (Or other language Java, C, C++)
Knowledge of Docker, Ansible, Jenkins, GitHub, will be added advantage.
Knowledge of LOS or Banking system will be added advantage.
Candidate should have the passion for learning new technologies.
Candidate should have fluent communication skills.
