Lead Forward Deployed Engineer

We are looking for a Lead Forward Deployed Engineer who can own client technical operations, platform integrations, and end-to-end issue coordination. This role sits at the intersection of client management, technical troubleshooting, and platform operations.
The ideal candidate should be able to independently manage client communication, investigate technical issues across systems, provide technical solutions, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure stable production operations.
Responsibilities
Act as the primary technical point of contact for clients for platform operations, technical solutions and integrations.
Setup automated notifications for proactively monitoring integration health, resolving sync errors and API versioning updates before they impact the business
Troubleshoot production issues and coordinate with internal teams to drive resolution.
Manage client integrations, deployments, and operational workflows.
Track issues and priorities through JIRA boards and scrum coordination.
Ensure clear communication, SLA adherence, and timely issue closure.
Skills & Competencies
7+ years of experience in technical operations, integrations, implementation, or client-facing technical roles.
Strong ability to manage client communications and technical discussions.
Experience working with APIs, production systems, and distributed applications.
Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools (Grafana, CloudWatch, logs, etc.).
Working knowledge of Linux, REST APIs, and cloud platforms (preferably AWS).
Experience managing JIRA boards, sprint workflows, and engineering task prioritization.
