About the Role

We are looking to hire a Business Development Leader to manage client relationships end-to-end from product deployment through the entire customer life-cycle.


  • Own and deliver the current revenue target in line with planning process

  • Grow existing accounts by upselling additional Scienaptic products and services

  • Build deep client relationships at CXO level by being trusted partner and by delivering promised impact. Manage client escalations and work with Scienaptic teams to get quick resolution

  • Work with cross-functional teams of client and Scienaptic team members including data scientists, credit experts, and product teams to deploy Scienaptic software based on client requirements. Meet deployment cost and budget, while delivering to client satisfaction

  • Support evolution of product roadmap by providing business insights and market intelligence


  • 7+ years of professional experience working primarily in retail/SME lending domain in Indian NBFCs/banks

  • Hands-on experience in managing complex client-facing projects involving cross-functional teams. Ability to get into details of analytics and technology to understand and resolve project risks

  • Ability to quickly understand NBFC/banks client needs around lending and pitching Scienaptic value-prop to meet the needs

  • Experience working for smaller Fintech startups in India preferred

  • Educational background from top-tier institution preferred
